Benidorm trip

Benidorm trip

A Benidorm trip will have you visiting one of the most well restored Spanish resorts that caters to those who love to party and hang out with a large number of restaurants, clubs, bars, shops and anything else that you may want or need.

Located in the province of Alicante, current-day Benidorm is known for very tall hotels and many holiday apartment blocks, as well as a rather large British expat population.

One of the main attractions of the city is the Avenue Mediterraneo, one of the main avenues in Benidorm which is flanked on both sides with hotels, public transportation routes and many people going to and fro.

The great thing about Benidorm is that it is quite compact, so anything and everything that you may want, you can find somewhere nearby. However the wide, tree lined avenues give you a great feeling of space, and the nearby body of water helps with that feeling as well.

The biggest pull of Benidorm comes from its four kilometers of Blue flag safe beaches, and the place is extremely popular both with Spanish tourists as well as with foreign ones. Especially during the summer season, the holiday apartment complexes get extremely crowded.

There are two major beaches in Benidorm, both of them spectacular, Levante – which is where most tourists and the younger set tend to congregate at – and Poniente – which is the more sedate beach, popular with locals and families.

Considering that this resort was built with a focus on the beach and the water, culture vultures won’t have very much to see, however the surrounding towns and villages are definitely worth a visit and with our Benidorm car hire services you can easily explore them and get a different look at the region.
