There are free bus from the station to the scenic spot, but ticket of high-speed train and the entrance ticket of the attraction are needed to exchange for the boarding card.

From Xi’an Train Station to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses:

Take bus 306 (Tourist bus 5) to the attraction, or take bus 915, 914 in the east.
