On top of the amazing sights of the city which explodes in vibrant colors every autumn, there are so many exciting September 2016 events to attend that we thought it would be worth exploring at least a few of them.
September is a cultural month is Paris. A month-long festival worth every minute of your time si the Ile de France Festival, a musical event that attracts more than 20.000 people. Thirty concerts will take place between September 3rd and October 9th 2016, when we will have the opportunity to see Carmen Maria-Vega and Ibrahim Maalouf in concert, among many other illustrious names.
The Autumn Festival is a dynamic and multi-disciplinary event including dance and music performances, theatre and many surprises. Since its first edition in 1972, the event has earned a name and started to attract more and more people. The Pompidou Center and Theatre de l’Odeon are just two of the forty venues where performances are scheduled to take place this year.
The week between the 3rd and 9th of September 2016 marks the Paris Design Week, seven days when Paris becomes the city of style and design. Both professionals and the public are invited to join the design school representatives, the studios and the many workshops available.
The end of September marks a tasty event: Fete de la Gastronomie, scheduled for September 23-25, 2016. Bon apetit!
